Our Divine Package offers the complete experience, managing everything from planning to decorating, plus extra perks for you and your guests. Perfect for those too busy to plan but wanting an unforgettable event, this package provides full support in creating and organizing the ultimate experience. In addition to everything in The Harmony Package, you'll receive comprehensive vendor research, contract negotiations, meetings, design choices, and more. Our top-tier décor, including custom pieces, ensures a special touch. This package includes seating for up to 30, 60 and 100 guests.
Our package includes:
Consultations & Communication:
- 4 consultations until the event date
- 12 hours of consultant services on the wedding day
- Unlimited email and telephone communication
- Create a custom itinerary
Vendor Coordination:
- Access to preferred vendors
- Assist with potential venue searches
- Detailed vendor payment schedule
- Ensure final payments and gratuities are handled
- Liaison between vendors and the couple
Venue & Budget:
- Assist with venue search
- Venue site walk-through
- Budget development
Event Planning:
- Create event "Day Of" itinerary
- Develop theme, colors, and decor
- Finalize floor plan and flow
- Menu and bar planning
- Provide "Day Of" checklists
- Oversee and finalize seating chart
- Coordinate rehearsal (if applicable)
- Cue services for event transitions (ceremony to cocktail hour, etc.)
- Supervise clean-up
Event Day Management:
- Provide a event day emergency kit
- Provide list of hotel and transportation for out of town guest (customer books)
- Manage wedding party before and during the ceremony (weddings only)
- Supervise floral arrangements
- Supervise event
- Arrange programs, ceremony decoration details, escort cards, favors, etc.
- Ensure all gifts are delivered to a pre-approved location
Decor:
- Set up event 2-3 hours prior to start & clean up 1-2 hours after event
- Welcome sign and helium balloon arrangement
- Themed tablecloths, table runners, chair sashes, and chair covers
- Centerpieces, napkins, charger plates, utensils, cups/glasses, etc.
- Custom digital themed design packages (invitations, save the dates, place cards, table numbers, RSVPs, Thank you cards)
